Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I have organized three birthday parties for my children at this venue, and they have all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The assistance provided by Bianca, our host, was exceptional. She ensured that the room was beautifully decorated and that everything ran smoothly. However, when I got home, I found out that two of the gift cards were missing. I immediately contacted Sky Zone the following day, but I have been informed that the manager is currently out of the office due to the holiday, and another manager will contact me for this incident. To my surprise, I got an email that they've found them! I find this very surprising as there were over 150 children present for a school trip! (maybe more!) prior to the incident, I had inquired about the safety of leaving the cards in the cart, and to be honest, I was skeptical even when Bianca assured me that it would be safe. Well, Now I know it really is! Awesome place!

We went for the gold package they provided for their birthday options. We have a private court for 30 minutes. Them we have 30 minutes of free play. We them had a private room to celebrate for 1 hour. The hostess Emily was the best. She set up the room with all our decor and transform the room to our theme. She make everything so easy we just enjoy the time with our birthday girl. Highly recommend this place for any celebration.

Review regarding birthday parties. My kids have been invited here about 4 o 5 times. Each time, the kids that belong to each birthday party get completely separated. Completely disorganized. I stayed at the parties to watch my kids as people from the general public and other parties get all mixed together, all at different jumping spots. No one supervises the jumping areas, neither security. Not a drop off place for me, neither to celebrate a birthday.

Not worth going before 5pm Before then this overrun with 7 year Olds, the people working there barely let me or any of my friends play before kicking us out for children to break every rule and play for 30 minutes without reprimand in every part of the place. If you can't handle kids with slightly older kids, go to bounce U waste of money before dinner, just wait for the kids bedtime which is probably around 7pm given how overprotective their parents probably are

It's good for kids and usually not too crowded. Plus they have basketball type games and other things. Con - they don't allow you to bring your own water inside. And charge a lot for the bottled stuff, I did not see a water fountain. I get that it's a captive audience but there is something off about denying people water and then charging a lot for Poland spring or whatever.

I’m very sad and disappointed with this place, not only is it overpriced but the staff was very unkind. My son was wearing a black shirt and I was told while he was jumping that he needed a sky zone shirt and that it’s free, so I went with him and he was looking at the sizes and I was going to get one. When a very nasty large woman told me YOU MUST PAY, I explained that I was told it was free and she didn’t care and turned her big back to me. Never again will I go here. Very very sad place.
